Give us two 1-hour online sessions with a young teenager each week and, with as much through-the-week access as they want, and we will coach them to the point where they become independent, self-aware learners who can continue to develop themselves as such.
In addition, they will learn how they can…
  • Get the best out of their school and education system
  • Develop the habits needed to create a seriously useful portfolio
  • Optimise their ability to make wise decisions and take wise action.

Sponsor a Teenager in Need

About Rushmere Tao
We offer free scholarships for teenagers from 10 years old for teens whose education has been disrupted by war, natural disasters, and other misfortunes.  Scholarship learners are provided with all the resources of Rushmere Tao and have our support via our alumni community for life. 
You can help us do this work by sponsoring a teen or offering a part towards a sponsorship.  You will receive a certificate, and a record of who you helped and how. 
Sponsor a Coach in Need
As with teenagers, we also offer training for coaches in need.  This extends our work into areas where incomes are low.   You will receive a sponsor's certificate and a record of the impact of your kindness.
Our Rushmere Tao initiative along with our Academy of Learner Development (launching in October 2023) aims to bring coaching to as many young teens as possible. Our coaching uses our own learner-development-centred approach to help young teens not only become the best learners for life they can be (including for school) but also be able to continue developing themselves as learners for life.

To this end, we offer
  • coaching to teens whose families can pay for one-to-one coaching sessions;
  • a sponsorship and donation programme to support the coaching of teens whose education has been disrupted by disasters, conflicts, oppression and misfortune.
  • courses for parents, teachers and others to use our coaching approach in their roles
  • a certification programme for those who wish to become Rushmere Tao coaches internationally or for their own communities.
